Custom Home and Junior ADU in Hayward Hills

This recent project involves constructing a beautiful house in the scenic Hayward Hills, a location known for its stunning views and unique topography. Building on sloped land presents its own set of challenges and opportunities, and we are here to guide you through every step of the process.

We collaborated closely with the soils and structural engineers to build this custom home. It utilizes the latest building codes to ensure structural integrity and energy efficiency. Our clients moved in on time and have been very happy living in their new home.

The home features a JADU (Junior ADU), which provides a separate living space. Being close to a local university, our clients wanted potential income from the JADU, by hosting one or two students, and the JADU serves that purpose well. The JADU allowed our clients to bypass impact fees that would otherwise be required for a larger, detached ADU.
