Backyard house in Daly City

Our clients had a grandson and asked us to build an ADU for their son’s family. This 740 SqFt ADU has a nice kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a laundry. The ADU features large windows that let in a lot of light, and the stylish and efficient living space uses finishes selected by the son and his wife, which makes it their ideal home.

This ADU will not only serve as a living space but also as a backdrop for cherished family moments. Whether it’s celebrating milestones, hosting family gatherings, or simply enjoying quiet evenings together, this new addition will be a place where memories are made.

Keeping the ADU less than 750 SqFt lowered the permit fees, while providing independence to the new family, and adding permitted square footage to the property.
